TO START
- Please check if your city offers the i-ticket
facility by calling railway enquiry
- This facility will be available on MeraMobi
shortly
- For BOOKING TICKETS
please ensure 3 CLEAR DAYS before date of journey
- OPEN
Quick Rail
- It will prompt you to ENTER
PIN (the 4-10 digit NUMERIC pin).
- If you are accessing for the FIRST
TIME, CREATE a PIN.
Enter the pin at the two specified locations, and confirm
to successfully register
- TWO SMSs would be SENT
to REGISTER and AUTHORIZE
the PIN
- Please create an EASY to remember pin.
- The service will get LOCKED after 3 consecutive
wrong entries.
- In case you forget your pin or the service gets locked,
please contact MeraMobi
CARE for assistance.
- Please LOGIN with your pin
to start using QUICK RAIL
- After logging in, you will view the following:
- IRCTC for ticket booking; checking PNR
status & changing IRCTC
login
- MY TICKETS stores latest ticket details
along with history of all transactions
- MY CARDS stores Credit Card details
- PASSENGER LIST stores the details of
the passengers
- Please ENSURE the following BEFORE
BOOKING a ticket:
- Create an IRCTC ACCOUNT, if you don’t
have one already
- ADD PASSENGERS in the PASSENGER LIST

TO BOOK TICKET
- OPEN IRCTC
- SELECT FAST BOOKING
- A message reminding you to create the IRCTC ACCOUNT
would be displayed.
- Please CREATE your IRCTC ACCOUNT on
the WEB, if you don't have one already
- On the same page select the option PASSENGER to ADD
PASSENGERS, if you have not added in the PASSENGER
LIST already.
- An SMS will be SENT
for adding each passenger.
- SELECT OK to confirm
- ENTER the following details:
- FROM and TO STATION CODES.
- Information can be sourced from the railway enquiry
- DATE of journey
- Train Number
- Information can be sourced from the railway enquiry
- CLASS of travel
- Ticket type is auto select on i-TICKET
- Select TATKAL, if booking through TATKAL
QUOTA
- SELECT NEXT
- ENTER your IRCTC USER NAME
and PASSWORD to login
- SELECT REMEMBER ME to save this data
for further bookings
- In case you have logged in before you SELECT FAST
BOOKING, this screen will NOT DISPLAY
- As SMS would be SENT with Login Details
- SELECT PASSENGER
- SELECT DELIVERY OPTION
- The DELIVERY ADDRESS is picked up automatically
from your IRCTC ACCOUNT details
- You can choose between residence or office address
- The delivery address cannot be changed. Also, the delivery
address is not shown, so please ensure that the correct
option is selected
- SELECT NEXT
- An SMS would be sent with RESERVATION
QUERY details
- TICKET STATUS, FARE and IRCTC SERVICE
CHARGE would appear
- SELECT YES to confirm
- ENTER the CREDIT CARD details
correctly and select PAY
- If you have entered your credit card details in MY CARDS,
it will automatically show up here and you can select from
the options
- ONLY VISA & MASTER
cards are acceptable
- ENTER CVV number (last 3 digits on the back
of the credit card)
- SELECT PAY
- AN SMS would be sent with PAYMENT
DETAILS
- The BOOKED TICKET is now displayed and also
gets stored in MY TICKETS
- Your i-TICKET will be DELIVERED
to the assigned address within 48-72 hours
- For CANCELLATION please visit the nearest
IRCTC counter
- The cancelled ticket details would be updated in MY TICKETS
records

TO CHECK PNR STATUS
- SELECT PNR STATUS in IRCTC
- ENTER the TEN DIGIT PNR NUMBER
- SELECT PNR STATUS
- An SMS would be sent with TEN DIGIT
PNR NUMBER
- PNR status will appear
Note: PNR check can be done only for Tickets booked through IRCTC (website and mobile).

TO CHANGE IRCTC LOGIN
- SELECT CHANGE IRCTC LOGIN in IRCTC
- ENTER NEW USERNAME and
PASSWORD
- This USERNAME should be REGISTERED with IRCTC
- SELECT IRCTC LOGIN
- An SMS would be sent with new LOGIN
DETAILS
- LOGIN is ENABLED with
NEW USER NAME
